7Pricing & Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as destination, service type, weight, volumetric weight and applicable courier-partner pricing. Applicable taxes, duties, surcharges and additional service charges may apply. Current charges are shown at the time of rate calculation or booking.

8Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier partner, weather, customs, operational conditions, address accuracy and other circumstances. Any timelines shown are estimates and not absolute guarantees unless explicitly confirmed in writing by IndiaFast.

9Tracking

IndiaFast provides shipment tracking for supported services. Tracking information is received from courier partners and may be delayed, limited or updated at intervals depending on the carrier and destination.

10Customs & International Shipments

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for accurate declarations, product descriptions, invoices and any documentation required by origin or destination customs authorities. Customs duties, taxes and inspections are governed by destination-country regulations.

11Liability

12Claims
